GENERAL MEETING: SEPTEMBER 4, 2024
Save the date for our first General PTA Meeting of the 2024-2025 school year. Join us at CVMS Village Theatre on September 4, 2024 at 6:00 pm. We will kick off the new year with a district-wide meeting where you can learn more about the benefits of being a PTA member, events and volunteer opportunities, and more! Meet your building chairs and get assistance registering online as a member.
FALL FUNDRAISER & FOOTBALL WATCH PARTY
Come enjoy a 21+ night out at Reserve Run and watch the Cardinals beat Dover on the livestream! This event is replacing catalog sales as the primary fundraiser for both Hilltop and CH Campbell elementary schools. There will be heavy appetizers, celebrity bartenders, silent auction art, live auction items, and basket raffles. Tickets purchased by August 30th will be entered for a chance to win $250. The winner will be drawn at the Community Tailgate on 9/13. Tickets are $25.00 a piece.

DRIVEWAY CARDINAL HEADS
Have you seen the painted cardinal heads on driveways throughout town? They are part of our fundraising for the high school! You can get a cardinal emblem painted on your driveway for $75. If you need an existing emblem touched up, we’ll come back for $60. If you’d like to get on the list to have a head painted on your driveway, please contact Julie Kwaiser-Miller at 330-717-9009.
